About The Event
Join us for our biggest event of the year—the Texas Exes San Diego Chapter Salt Lick BBQ Fundraiser! This beloved annual tradition brings Longhorns together from across the region for a day of food, fun, and burnt orange pride.
We’re flying in authentic Texas barbecue straight from Austin, so you can get a true taste of home while enjoying the best of San Diego sunshine. Whether you're a longtime member or new to the area, it's the perfect way to connect with fellow alumni, make new friends, and celebrate our shared UT spirit.
Proceeds support our San Diego Chapter Scholarship, awarded each year to a local student attending The University of Texas at Austin. Your good time helps fund their future on the Forty Acres.
